Which councils are supported?

My reminder didn't arrive
- Open Settings in the app. The line under Reminders says whether notifications will reach your phone, and why not if they won't.
- Check notifications are allowed for The Wee Bin App in your phone's settings, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't hiding them.
- Tap Send a test notification in Settings. If the test arrives, reminders will too.
- Reminders go out within 15 minutes after the time you set, UK time.
The dates look wrong
The app shows exactly the dates your council publishes, and checks for changes every day. If they don't match what the council's website shows for your address, please email us with your council and postcode so we can look into it. For missed collections or bin problems, contact your council directly; we can't arrange collections.
My address isn't listed
The address list comes from your council. Try searching with just your postcode, or with your house number and street if the app asks for it. New-build addresses can take a while to appear in council systems.
Changing or removing your address
Go to Settings → Change address. Your old address and its reminder are removed from our server (your phone needs to be online). See our privacy policy for what we keep and for how long.
Deleting your data
Remove your address in Settings, then delete the app. To ask us to delete anything else, email support@theweebin.app.
